Directions:
Take Zipfizz® Multi-Vitamin and Immune Support daily or at the first sign of a cold symptom. Repeat every four hours as necessary, not to exceed 4 servings per day. Make room for powder. Mix one packet with 16-20 fluid ounces of water. Allow to effervesce before drinking. Children ages 4-12: one half packet per serving.
